ABOUT VIENNA
A connector
A curator of stories
A collective meaning designer

Vienna is a collaborative experience designer and facilitator who helps groups and individuals reframe their challenges and solve them creatively.
Her friends know her as the bold woman in the room who isn’t afraid to ask provocative questions and answers them with honesty and vulnerability.

Wildly passionate about creating meaningful relationships and having unforgettable conversations, Vienna channels this passion along with her deep desire to help people grow in her work as a an OD consultant and facilitator with Management Savvy. Wearing multiple hats in the realm of experiential learning design, she coaches experts in creating their ideal course, trains facilitators to find their signature style and dreams alongside professionals to co-design a learning program that addresses their unique needs.
Vienna is currently the program designer and lead facilitator at Frank, a female empowerment & leadership community for ambitious women. She has designed private and public experiential workshops for clients such as Cirque du Soleil, Ubisoft, e180 Braindate and Gsoft to name a few. She also builds collaborative sessions and hosts learning journeys at conferences such as C2 & Movin' On for attendees to get the most out of their event experience.
Her friends know her as the bold woman in the room who isn’t afraid to ask provocative questions and answers them with honesty and vulnerability. Vienna's confidence comes from a place of inner knowing that deep down we are all the same; filled with fears and the desire to be loved. Her signature facilitation style brings deep trust and psychological safety to any learning space; to insight individuals and groups to joyfully take risks and tap into their inner wisdom.
As a continuous learner and extreme extrovert, Vienna is involved with multiple communities of practice where she leads, follows and experiments with her mutual learning partners. She run the Montreal chapter for the Liberating Structures user group and work closely with MIT's Presencing institute and their ULAB Hub in Montreal. She co-leads local facilitator meet-ups to stay up to date on new tools, methods and approaches. She is actively involved with the Applied Improv Network, Art of Hosting Community and Design Thinking bubbles to contribute to the collaborative learning spaces and take away new insights and concrete tools every week.

Vienna's training and academic background includes an undergraduate degree from the John Molson School of Business in Human Resource Management and a Masters degree in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University. She is also trained in the Arts and Crafts of Design and Facilitation of Learning Spaces from Kaospilot and participates in offering in the bi-annual Masterclass in Montreal.

"Working with you was a sincere pleasure and your involvement from the beginning absolutely helped guide us to where we landed... if that is the goal of facilitation, you nailed it."
